It's the last day of the NBA regular season.

Sunday marks the final day of the 2025-26 NBA regular season, and nine of the 15 scheduled games have direct playoff seeding implications. The top two seeds in both conferences are locked — Detroit and Boston in the East, with the top two seeds in the West also set — but everything from 3 through 6 is still up for grabs.

The biggest game of the day is Denver at San Antonio. The winner gets the No. 3 seed in the West, and the loser drops to No. 4. For the Spurs, a win could mean avoiding the Nuggets until the conference finals.

In the East, Atlanta can lock up the No. 5 seed with a win at Miami. But if the Hawks lose and Toronto beats Brooklyn, the Raptors jump to fifth and Atlanta drops to sixth — setting up a first-round matchup with the Knicks. The Play-In Tournament starts Tuesday, April 14, with the NBA Playoffs tipping off on April 18.
