Heat Blown Out by Raptors — Play-In Spot Slipping Away

The Miami Heat are in trouble. A 121-95 blowout loss to the Raptors on Tuesday night has them at 41-38, barely clinging to the last play-in spot in the Eastern Conference with the final week of the regular season approaching.

Scottie Barnes led Toronto with 25 points and 8 rebounds. Miami had no answer. This is the fourth time the Heat are headed to the play-in tournament, and this time they might not even make it that far.

For a franchise that prides itself on culture and winning, this is a rough stretch. The East play-in picture is a mess, and Miami needs wins in their remaining games just to stay alive. The regular season ends April 12. Time is running out.
