Kawhi Dropped 34 as the Clippers Survived Blowing a 23-Point Lead to Beat Flagg's Mavs

Kawhi Leonard saved the Clippers from themselves on Tuesday night. LA built a 23-point lead over Dallas, proceeded to blow all of it, then watched Leonard score 7 of their final 11 points to pull out a 116-103 win.

Leonard finished with 34 points on 6 three-pointers — his 55th consecutive game with 20 or more points. For a guy whose career has been defined by load management and injury concerns, this stretch of consistency is remarkable.

On the other side, Cooper Flagg continues to look like the real deal. The rookie had 25 points and 9 rebounds after dropping 96 in his previous two games. He's the reason Dallas games are must-watch TV even in a lost season. Darius Garland added 22 for the Clippers, who are locked into the play-in tournament and trying to build momentum.
