Kawhi dropped 34 with 6 threes — his 55th straight game with 20+.

Kawhi Leonard scored 34 points with six three-pointers as the Los Angeles Clippers survived blowing a 23-point lead to beat the Dallas Mavericks 116-103 on Tuesday night. It was Leonard's 55th consecutive game scoring 20 or more points — a franchise record that passed Bob McAdoo's mark of 44 back in mid-March.

The Clippers looked dominant early, building that 23-point cushion before the Mavericks mounted a furious comeback. Rookie Cooper Flagg was electric with 25 points and 9 rebounds, nearly willing Dallas back into the game. But Kawhi slammed the door shut in the fourth quarter, reminding everyone why he's still one of the most dangerous scorers in the league when healthy.

Darius Garland added 22 points, while Derrick Jones Jr. contributed a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. For the Clippers, this was their first win in three tries against the Mavs this season. And the bigger story is Kawhi himself — 55 straight games with 20+ points is the kind of streak that belongs in MVP conversations. He's been the most consistent scorer in basketball for nearly three months straight, and it's barely making headlines.
