Luka's dealing with a hamstring strain and Reaves has an oblique injury

The Lakers' two most important perimeter players are both banged up heading into the most consequential weekend of their season.

Luka Doncic went down with a hamstring strain, and Austin Reaves followed with an oblique injury. Neither has been ruled out for the playoffs, but the timing couldn't be worse — LA needs to win Sunday to secure the 4-seed and home court in the first round. Drop to 5th, and instead of a potentially favorable matchup, they'd face the Houston Rockets, who just had an 8-game winning streak snapped and have been one of the hottest teams in basketball.

LeBron dropped 28/12/6 in the win over Phoenix to clinch home-court advantage in the first round, but even he can't do it alone against playoff-level competition. The Lakers need Luka and Reaves healthy. The alternative is grim.
