Nuggets Ride 10-Game Win Streak Into Showdown With Thunder

The Denver Nuggets are on fire. A 136-119 demolition of the Memphis Grizzlies extended their winning streak to 10 games — the longest of the Nikola Jokic era. During this run, Jokic has racked up 252 points, 145 rebounds, and 127 assists. No player in NBA history has put up those combined numbers in any 10-game span.

Tonight, the Nuggets face the ultimate test: the Oklahoma City Thunder at Ball Arena. OKC just clinched the No. 1 overall seed with their 64th win, but Denver couldn't care less about regular-season records right now. This team is peaking at the perfect time.

The Nuggets have looked like a completely different squad during this streak — the ball movement is crisp, the defense is locked in, and Jokic is doing Jokic things with typical efficiency. If Denver can knock off the top seed tonight, the rest of the West should be very, very nervous heading into the postseason.
