Pistons Destroy Bucks 137-111 — Cade Returns With a Double-Double

Cade Cunningham walked back onto the court for the first time in 11 games — after suffering a collapsed lung from a collision with Tre Johnson on March 17 — and immediately looked like himself. 13 points, 10 assists, a double-double in 26 minutes. That's not a guy easing back in. That's the East's best point guard reminding you he's still here.

The Pistons blew out the Bucks 137-111 in what was essentially a celebration at Little Caesars Arena. Jalen Duren went for 21 and 9, Duncan Robinson splashed 4 triples and scored 20, and Detroit's bench mob piled on a Milwaukee team that checked out weeks ago.

The bigger picture: Cade is at 62 games played with 3 left in the regular season. He needs 65 to be eligible for end-of-season awards. If he plays in all three remaining games, he qualifies for MVP — and given what he's done for a 1-seed Pistons team, the conversation is real.
