Rockets Rally From 21 Down for 7th Straight Win — KD Drops 24

Kevin Durant hit 5 threes and scored 24 as the Houston Rockets erased a 21-point deficit to beat the Phoenix Suns 119-105. That's 7 straight wins for Houston, and they're now 50-29 — tied with the Lakers for the Western Conference 4-seed.

The comeback was vintage KD. He hit a stepback three that sent Dillon Brooks stumbling to the floor, and the Rockets outscored Phoenix 72-40 in the second half. Amen Thompson added a double-double, and Jabari Smith Jr. chipped in 20. Houston's defense completely suffocated the Suns after halftime.

The Wolves clinched the West's 6th and final guaranteed playoff spot thanks to Phoenix's loss. With 3 games left, the race for the 3-through-5 seeds is going to come down to the wire — Denver, LA, Houston, and Cleveland are all within a game of each other.
