Steph Curry twisted his ankle vs the Kings and didn't return after 27 minutes.

Steph Curry's return from a two-month absence with runner's knee lasted all of three games before another scare. Against the Sacramento Kings, Curry twisted his ankle on a defensive play, went to the locker room, and didn't come back. He finished with just 11 points in 27 minutes.

Curry had only returned on April 5 against the Rockets, where he looked sharp — dropping 29 points off the bench. But now there's real concern about whether he'll be at full strength for the Warriors' winner-take-all play-in game on Wednesday.

Curry insisted there's "nothing structurally wrong" with his body, but the visual of him limping off the court is worrying. Golden State's entire playoff hopes rest on a 38-year-old guard who's played three games in over two months. Head coach Steve Kerr said Curry plans to play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Clippers to build rhythm, targeting 30-32 minutes.
