Brunson drops 33, Knicks go up 3-0 on Sixers

New York is one win away from the East finals, and the Sixers are one loss away from the offseason. Knicks 108, Sixers 94 in Philly. Series 3-0.

Jalen Brunson finished with 33 — the late buckets all his — and Mikal Bridges added 23 on 8-of-14 shooting. Josh Hart got his usual 12/11 line, and OG Anunoby (the guy with the hamstring scare from Game 2) gutted out enough minutes to matter. The Knicks are now a perfect 6-0 in this postseason. First-year head coach Mike Brown has a team that hasn't lost a game.

Joel Embiid did play this time after sitting Game 2 with a sprained ankle — he scored 18 but couldn't move. Kelly Oubre Jr. led the Sixers with 22, Tyrese Maxey added 17. Paul George had 15 in the first quarter, then went scoreless and missed all nine shots the rest of the night as Philly blew a 12-point lead. Game 4 is Sunday in Philadelphia. The Knicks haven't been to back-to-back conference finals since 1993-94. They're one game away.
